NV5 is seeking an experienced civil engineer to help grow our land development engineering department in Jacksonville, FL. The Senior Project Manager will lead project design, permitting and calculations, ensuring compliance with FDEP, WMD and local codes while coordinating with clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years land development engineering experience
• 3+ years project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering
• Florida PE License
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
• Stormwater and utility experience
• Must pass mandatory DMV check

Responsabilités

• Perform project design and permitting, calculations and ensure compliance with FDEP, WMD, local codes.
• Manage and communicate with project teams, clients and agencies; coordinate external meetings.
• Conduct site visits as needed; support land development projects across commercial, residential, municipalities, parks and recreation, subdivisions and utilities.
