Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Marietta, GA land development team. You will lead project execution, mentor engineers and technicians, and ensure alignment with client expectations, budgets, and schedules.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Georgia P.E. license (or ability to obtain) and 10+ years of experience managing land development projects, with familiarity in the Greater Atlanta market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• P.E. license in Georgia or ability to obtain is required.
• 10+ years' experience managing substantial land development projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to serve clients effectively.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements.
• Develop trusting relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and schedules align with contract requirements.
• Lead design, plan production and permitting for land development projects.
• Contribute to company design and production standards.
