Addison Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead complex site development projects from concept through completion, overseeing design, permitting, schedules, budgets, and quality control. The role requires strong client relationship skills, budget oversight, and leadership of engineers and staff.

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design is preferred; PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
10+ years of land development, civil/site design, and permitting experience.
Proven project management and client relationship experience.
Experience managing budgets, contracts, and technical teams.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage site development projects, including design, permitting, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Serve as the primary client contact, providing proactive communication and guidance.
Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, engineers, and technical staff.
Oversee contracts, invoicing, change orders, and overall project profitability.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and present at public hearings or community meetings.
Support business development, account growth, and client retention.
Promote technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
