Job summary

Alexander Associates is representing an established engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join the Columbus team. You will lead the design and delivery of commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use site development projects across Central Ohio.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with architects, developers and municipalities, reviewing calculations and plans, and mentoring engineering staff on private

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Land Development, Civil/Site or Site Development engineering.
• Strong background in design and delivery of private development projects.
• Experience with grading, drainage, stormwater and utility design.
• Client-facing experience with developers, architects or municipalities preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery of land development and civil/site projects.
• Oversee projects from conceptual design through final construction documents.
• Manage budgets, schedules and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, contractors and other disciplines.
• Mentor engineering staff and support client relationships.
