The role requires strong leadership, schedule management, and proficiency with civil design practices. Applicants should have a Civil Engineering degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years of civil site development experience.
• Experience with site development, drainage, or municipal projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including scope, timeframe, and budget.
• Coordinate engineering teams, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Support management to define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist with proposals and contract preparation.
• Manage project budgets.
• Ensure quality standards across projects.
• Maintain project records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
