Job summary

Resiliency LLC in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Senior Project Manager (Land Development) to lead a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from design through construction, coordinating engineering teams and managing client relationships.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, an active Arizona PE license, 10+ years of land development experience, and strong leadership and mentoring abilities; experience with budgets, permitting, and pursuit of new work is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Active P.E. license in Arizona is required.
• 10+ years of land development project experience.
• Experience leading project teams and managing clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and provide guidance on design, scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead land development projects from initial site evaluation through design, permitting and construction support.
• Coordinate teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff and junior managers.
• Support business development through proposals and client interactions.
