Job summary

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development to join a client in Phoenix, Arizona. You will lead residential and commercial land development projects from planning through completion, directing internal teams and coordinating subconsultants.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 8+ years of PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and expert AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency to ensure QA/QC across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of land development project management experience.
• Experience leading residential and site development projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Onsite work in Phoenix, AZ; US-based applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial land development projects from planning through final delivery.
• Direct internal engineering teams and coordinate multidisciplinary subconsultants.
• Prepare project scopes, cost estimates, proposals, and negotiate project agreements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall project performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact and foster long-term relationships.
• Provide technical leadership across all project phases.
