Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in land development engineering.
• Strong understanding of local permitting processes in Maryland and DC.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from concept to closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Mentor project staff and review engineering plans for accuracy.
