CPH, a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architectural design firm, seeks a licensed Professional Engineer in Land Development to lead design, permitting, and construction administration across Florida offices.

The role requires strong project leadership, business development, client management, and collaboration with engineers, designers, and architects. Travel up to 25% and mentoring junior staff are included.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering with Florida P.E. License.
• Minimum 5 years of US experience in land development design and permitting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong mentoring and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record for design, permitting, and construction administration.
• Prepare design documents, specifications, and construction drawings with accuracy.
• Lead project design teams and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Support business development and client management activities.
• Mentor engineers, designers, and technicians on project delivery.
