Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; PE license essential.
• 8–11+ years in civil engineering for land development, institutional/real estate.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead site/civil engineering design and permitting for land development projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record on complex projects.
• Guide teams in site layouts, grading, drainage, and utilities.
