Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Extensive client contacts with architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners.
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Experience in business development, including writing proposals, scopes of work and budgeting.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to mentor staff and allocate resources effectively.
• Proven track record of profitable project management.

• Lead a Land Development team while building and managing client relationships.
• Provide vision, business planning and strategy; establish goals and communicate them clearly.
• Grow and mentor staff; transition work to qualified personnel; maintain positive leadership.
