Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners.
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.
• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Land Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients.
• Provide vision, business planning and strategy; establish goals; grow and lead the land development practice.
• Manage projects profitably and transition work to qualified staff; mentor team.
• Operate with integrity and sound business principles and maintain open communication with partners and team.
