Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably residential.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Sources and acquires land for development in Southwest Florida.
• Generates Competitive Market Analysis for each property.
• Prepares land acquisition packages for corporate approval.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong budgeting skills

Negotiating legal contracts

Fluency in MS Office

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or civil engineering
