Job summary

T2 Group, a dynamic healthcare IT and workforce solutions firm, seeks a Senior Laboratory Systems Implementation Project Manager and Scrum Master to lead a multi-platform laboratory transformation.

The role focuses on Oracle Health PathNet AP, Lab Sequence, and Sectra Digital Pathology integrations, delivering value with AI-enabled reporting while navigating a complex stakeholder environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading healthcare IT projects with multi-vendor scope.
• End-to-end lab systems or LIMS implementations through go-live.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery from initiation to stabilization and transition to support.
• Translate objectives into an integrated roadmap, plan, and governance.
• Lead implementation and coordinate dependencies across Oracle Health PathNet AP, Lab Sequence, Sectra Digital Pathology, and AI tools.
• Establish an integrated master schedule aligning readiness, vendor deliverables, testing, validation, and go-live milestones.
• Adapt Agile practices to the vendor-led delivery model and facilitate ceremonies to improve transparency and progress.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in fit-for-purpose Agile and Lean practices while ensuring compliance with health governance.
