Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks a Senior Analyst, Laboratory Optimization to drive lab efficiency and profitability across Aspen Dental branded practices. You will analyze data, create KPI dashboards, and partner with Lab leadership and Field Operations to support growth goals.

You will develop reporting packages, provide data-driven recommendations, and help standardize best practices while balancing multiple priorities. Hybrid/remote work eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex datasets and presenting to executive leadership.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Financial and analytical skills.
• Experience using AI to drive efficiency and analysis.
• Experience using PMO software such as Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 10–15% domestically.
• Base Pay Range: $90,000-105,000 annually.
• Hybrid or remote work arrangement based on location near Chicago, IL or East Syracuse, NY offices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to drive improvement and produce KPI scorecards/dashboards.
• Assist internal and customer teams in planning and implementing continuous improvement projects.
• Provide weekly, mid-month, and month-end reporting packages to key stakeholders.
• Provide lab-related data and analysis to lab stakeholders based on trends.
• Build partnerships with Lab stakeholders and Implementation team for prioritization.
• Partners with Lab leadership to share feedback and opportunities for coaching.
• Drive end-to-end continuous improvement to achieve KPI goals.
• Provide strategic feedback and coaching to office teams.
• Develop job aids, email templates, and reporting decks to support field and lab teams.
