Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Senior Analyst, Laboratory Optimization to drive efficiency and profitability across our branded practices. You will analyze data, develop KPI scorecards, and partner with Field Operations and Lab stakeholders to guide operational planning that supports growth and patient care.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience with complex datasets, strong problem solving, and proficiency with PMO tools like Monday.com and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years managing complex datasets and presenting to executives.
• Detail oriented with strong matrix-management experience.
• Financial and analytical skills required.
• Experience using AI to drive efficiency.
• Experience using PMO software such as Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Proficient Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to drive improvements and KPI dashboards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects tied to priorities to deliver savings.
• Provide weekly, mid-month, and month-end reporting packages to stakeholders.
• Offer data analysis and recommendations to lab stakeholders.
• Partner with Lab to prioritize initiatives and drive excellence.
• Share trends and coaching feedback with Lab leadership.
• Support end-to-end continuous improvement to hit denture KPI goals.
• Develop job aids and stakeholder reporting decks for field execution.
