OPEN Healthcare US (OHUS) is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team in Gardena, CA. The role covers high-complexity testing across Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, and Molecular Diagnostics.

You will analyze and report results, perform QC/QA, maintain instruments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and safety standards. The position requires a CLS license (CA) or MLS/ASCP, LIS and EHR proficiency, and the ability to work on-site in Gardena.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• CLS license (California Clinical Laboratory Scientist) or MLS(ASCP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity laboratory tests across Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, and Molecular Diagnostics.
• Analyze and interpret test results independently, preparing reports for physicians.
• Conduct QC/QA procedures, maintain instruments, and troubleshoot issues.
