Job summary

Sotera Health seeks a Senior Manager of Laboratory Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-performing lab within the Healthcare Reprocessing Group. You will oversee operations, develop managers, and drive continuous improvement to support growth and exceptional customer experiences.

This role balances execution with long-term strategy, fostering accountability, collaboration, and service excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Leadership experience managing teams, supervisors, or managers.
• Experience overseeing operations, performance metrics, workforce planning, and business processes.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Preferred degree in a scientific discipline, laboratory science, biology, chemistry, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory operations and drive performance against key metrics.
• Develop managers and technical teams, with succession planning.
• Partner with Sales, Consulting, and cross-functional teams to grow capabilities.
• Ensure GMP, GLP, ISO compliance and safety; investigate issues and drive corrective actions.
• Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement across departments.
