Qualifications

• 5+ years of laboratory leadership in a high‑volume, high‑complexity testing environment.
• Medical Technologist certification (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required.
• Florida Supervisor License required.
• Strong knowledge of CAP, CLIA, and laboratory regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day laboratory operations and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory supervisors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and federal/state laboratory regulations.
• Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
