Job summary

Tree Top Hospital Maldives seeks a Senior Laboratory Executive (Inventory Management) to lead stock control and optimize laboratory supplies. You will develop and implement inventory policies, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate, cost-efficient management of materials.

You will supervise support staff, coordinate with departments, and drive projects to optimize utilization while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Inventory Management or related field
• At least 2 years of inventory management experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, or inventory management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and reinforce proper inventory management policies and procedures
• Conduct regular and comprehensive audits of stock levels
• Effectively manage stock, reducing waste and optimizing utilization
• Communicate with departments and proactively act to ensure well maintained stock
• Plan, execute, and oversee the projects that falls under the job function
• Learn and manage inventory software
• Supervise and give guidance to laboratory executive and other support staff for the daily inventory related tasks
