Join to apply for the Senior Laboratory Assistant role at Swedish.

Represents the laboratory to the public, physicians, patients, and offices while assisting laboratory technical staff, receiving/accessioning, and/or processing specimens according to laboratory procedures. Follows established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety, environmental, and infectious control standards to ensure the laboratory remains in compliance with accreditation and licensing agencies.

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification or Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
• Successful completion of a post-secondary phlebotomy program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior phlebotomy experience
