Work within the goals and objectives established by the departmental management team to provide quality customer service and courier service to patients served by Olympic Medical Center Laboratory. Responsible for outpatient registration, test ordering, processing outpatient laboratory specimens, hospital and outpatient phlebotomy, answering customer service calls, providing courier services, and other customer service tasks as assigned.
