SHEIN is seeking a Senior Labor Management Specialist to optimize vendor management across staffing agencies and strengthen workforce planning for its warehouse and logistics teams. The role requires collaboration with HR, Ops, and campus leadership to drive data‑driven improvements.

Responsibilities include leading agency relations, SOP development, and payroll/billing audits, with emphasis on compliance and scalable recruiting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in HR, staffing agency leadership, or vendor management in high‑volume ops.
• Proven track record leading large-scale recruiting and vendor management initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee relationships with external staffing agencies, acting as the primary authority on vendor management.
• Drive initiatives to raise agency quality and productivity through strategic collaboration with HR and Operations.
• Design and implement SOPs for enterprise‑level supplier management and accountability.
• Analyze HR data (turnover, attendance, engagement) and generate reports to forecast workforce trends.
• Audit attendance, timesheets and rosters for accurate supplier billing and invoicing.
• Partner with senior leaders to guide workforce planning and resolve escalated issues.
• Champion compliance with labor, employment, and workplace safety regulations and oversee rehire eligibility standards.
