Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Investigator (Employee Relations) to lead sensitive investigations, partner with HR, IT, Security and Legal, and deliver clear findings.

You will conduct intake, interviews, and evidence analysis, then summarize results for leadership while maintaining strict confidentiality. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, empathy, and experience with global investigations in manufacturing/engineering contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years professional experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with e-discovery and pulling electronic records.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, Security and Legal.
• Demonstrated empathy while gathering facts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate sensitive and/or complex employee relations matters from start to finish, including intake, interviews, evidence gathering, and reporting.
• Debrief HR business partners and leadership on investigation findings.
• Document investigation and summarize findings in a report.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and mitigation strategies.
• Advise and train HR partners on investigation best practices.
• Discreetly handle sensitive and private information.
