Aptive Environmental seeks a Labor Forecasting Analyst to design and evolve forecasting strategies across all demand channels. The role is based in Provo, Utah, or remote, and serves as a strategic partner to align demand with financial planning and growth.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8+ years in forecasting and advanced analytics, with strong SQL, Python, and BI experience. Salary ranges from $55k to $75k, plus a 5% annual merit bonus potential, and comprehensive health, life, and 401K benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of forecasting, workforce strategy, operations strategy, or advanced analytics.
• Proven experience designing forecasting models, frameworks, or large-scale planning strategies.
• Deep experience across multi-channel demand ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Design and evolve enterprise forecasting frameworks across demand channels.
• Lead development of advanced forecasting methodologies and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Finance and executives to align forecasts with budgets.
• Design forecasting tools, data pipelines, and automation.
