Job summary

Qualifications

• JD required and license to practice law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing legal services in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience counseling multi-state employers and advising on complex employment matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to enterprise entities and senior executives.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and delegate work as needed.
• Conduct legal research and prepare/depose witnesses with outside counsel.
• Negotiate contracts, employment agreements, and related documents.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school
