Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney with 5–12 years of experience to join our growing practice in California. This role offers fully remote options and allows you to work with clients across public agencies and private sector entities.

Qualifications

5–12 years of litigation experience, labor & employment preferred.
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage complex matters and bring projects to completion.
Interest in mentoring and developing junior attorneys.

Responsibilities

Represent public agency and private sector clients in labor and employment litigation and counseling matters.
Manage matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and appeals.
Advise clients on personnel and employment-related issues.
Lead significant portions of litigation matters and collaborate with junior team members.
Help mentor and develop attorneys within the practice group.
Participate in practice and client development efforts.
