The New York office of Epstein Becker Green is seeking a senior associate to join its national management-side labor and employment practice. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities of running a case; interview witnesses; review electronically stored documents; draft pleadings and various motions and briefs; conduct depositions; interact with clients and opposing counsel; attend court appearances.
• Provide advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including wage and hour, employee relations, risk mitigation, and employment policies.
