The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an experienced Labor Relations expert to lead day-to-day contract administration and labor service delivery. You will partner with HR leadership and department managers to address labor issues, ensure policy compliance, and guide workforce planning across the medical center.

You will establish productive relationships with union and management representatives, coordinate grievances and arbitration, and develop training to enhance labor

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR, or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR or other HR certification preferred.
• 6+ years in employee and labor relations; 8–12 preferred.
• Knowledge of Ohio and federal employment laws; risk reduction.
