Job summary

North Carolina Department of Transportation’s M&T Structural Materials Lab in Raleigh seeks a Lead Technician to perform routine material tests and evaluations in a QA-focused lab. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering technology or equivalent plus six years of progressive technician experience, or HS/GED plus eight years.
• Experience performing field or laboratory-based tests on engineered materials is preferred.
• Experience interpreting data and communicating results effectively with stakeholders.
