Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years operating CNC milling machines.
• Minimum of 4 years reading and editing G-code.
• Minimum of 4 years setting up milling machines for jobs.
• Proficient use of precision inspection tools.
• Knowledge of GD&T and military specs.
• Ability to read models/drawings/schematics/reports.
• Experience manufacturing aerospace parts from titanium/nickel alloys.
• Strong interpersonal and MS Office skills.
• U.S. citizen due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain machine shop equipment used for parts post processing.
• Mentor junior technicians and engineers in machining practices.
• Manage tools, vises and hole location setups; read drawings and specs.
• Support government and industry customers on sustainment projects.
• Maintain CTK, inventory and lab equipment guidelines.
