Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in a hybrid in-office role with Ramsey, NJ and other locations. You will lead requirements analysis across NeoLink and lab systems, translate complex needs into functional specs, and work with ops leadership, medical directors, and pathology teams to drive automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Info Systems, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis, with 3+ years in a clinical lab environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Deep experience with LIMS platforms, lab workflows, and instrument integration.
• Experience leading requirements analysis on complex multi-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for complex initiatives across NeoLink, LIMS, and adjacent lab systems.
• Own user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and traceability.
• Partner with Software Engineering, Architecture, and QA to shape solution designs.
• Conduct current and future state workflow analysis across molecular, flow cytometry, FISH, and cytogenetics workflows.
• Serve as the primary business analyst contact for lab ops leadership, medical directors, and pathology teams.
• Coordinate requirements across NeoLink, NeoLIMS, Sapio, instrument interfaces, HL7, and downstream systems.
• Ensure CAP/CLIA validation, HIPAA controls, SOX ITGC, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11; contribute to CSV documentation.
