Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, business management or related field.
• Minimum five years of clinical laboratory/phlebotomy experience.
• At least two years of personnel management experience.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred on hire, required within 90 days.
• ASCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations in Phlebotomy, Processing, Client Services and Outreach.
• Lead staffing plans, scheduling and coaching to meet turnaround and quality goals.
• Develop budgets and monitor variances for section operations.
• Ensure compliance with DNV CAP, CMS and other standards.
• Maintain customer service programs and drive improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director.
