Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in chemical/biological science or medical technology.
• 4+ years of clinical laboratory testing experience.
• ASCP or AMT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior member of the laboratory team focusing on quality systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
• Determine specimen acceptability for testing according to established criteria.
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures per SOPs and troubleshoot instrumentation.
• Mentor laboratory staff and support continuous quality initiatives and proficiency testing.
