Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories, Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Quality Improvement professional to provide system-wide QA support, guidance, and resolution of quality problems across hospital and commercial sites.

You will lead quality initiatives, coordinate inspections, and partner with management to ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance, while promoting standardization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical lab science field is required.
• Certification (ASCP, NCA, HEW or equivalent) required.
• Six years of high‑complexity testing experience.
• Qualified as a General or Technical Supervisor under CLIA ’88.
• Knowledge of risk management, regulatory and accreditation requirements.

• Provide system-wide support of QA activities and guidance across sites.
• Lead quality improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external inspections and corrective actions.
