Qualifications

• Medical Technologist Supervisor, Lab Manager or Lead experience.
• ASCP or AMT certification.
• Associate's degree plus certification may be acceptable.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• ABB blood bank inspection experience is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of approximately 27 reports.
• Stabilize the lab environment in collaboration with leadership.
• Assess workflows and identify gaps in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Reset departmental expectations and align processes with standards.
• Drive efficiency, accountability and consistency across operations.
