Bright Vision Technologies in DeLand, FL is seeking a Senior Laboratory Manager to lead a high-volume, high-complexity clinical laboratory onsite. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance with CAP, CLIA, and state/federal standards, and drive process improvements.

You will mentor supervisors and staff, manage staffing and workflow, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely results and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership in high-volume, high-complexity testing.
• Medical Technologist certification (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required.
• Florida Supervisor License required.
• Strong knowledge of CAP, CLIA and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Salary: $97,100 - $148,700 + $7,500 Annual Bonus
