Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies in DeLand, FL seeks an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to oversee clinical lab operations, staff, quality, and workflow during a Tue–Fri night shift from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. You will supervise bench staff, ensure timely turnaround, and uphold quality standards.

The role requires a Florida Supervisor License in Clinical Chemistry and Serology, plus ASCP/AAB/AMT certification, and a Bachelor's in Medical Technology or related field. Relocation available.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of Medical Technologist/Laboratory experience, with supervisory experience.
• Active Florida Supervisor License in Clinical Chemistry and Serology.
• ASCP, AAB, or AMT certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• Experience with clinical chemistry and renal laboratory testing.
• Experience supervising a clinical laboratory/night shift.
• Experience with CAP compliance, quality assurance, and SOPs.
• Willingness to work the stated night shift schedule.

About the Role
