You will lead a project-focused team, mentor junior engineers, and ensure SOPs and equipment qualifications meet regulatory standards. The role emphasizes hands-on testing with Instron/Zwick equipment, CAD drafting in SolidWorks, and collaboration with project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated engineering environment.
• Experience with GMP, medical devices, and needle-based injection systems preferred.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis using software such as Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Lead test method development and validation activities.
• Coordinate testing with Project Managers and Verification Engineers.
• Draft and maintain test method procedures, validation protocols, and equipment qualification reports.
• Plan and supervise Lab Technicians during laboratory testing.
• Travel up to 10% to support external testing and V&V activities.
• Develop and revise lab SOPs for efficiency and compliance.
