Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in a regulated setting, and experience with GMP, needle-based systems, and CAD tools like SolidWorks. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required, mechanical or biomedical preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated engineering environment.
• Experience with GMP, medical devices, and needle-based injection systems preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of test methods and validate tests for needle-based injection systems.
• Plan and execute lab tests and coordinate with project managers and verification engineers.
• Draft and revise SOPs, protocols, and test reports with attention to quality compliance.
• Create CAD drawings of fixtures and jigs for manufacturing and qualification.
• Maintain audit-ready laboratory environment and ensure ISO/QMS compliance.
• Travel up to 10% to support external laboratories and testing.
