• Register patients, verify insurance, and enter specimen orders
• Follow up with clients for information and critical value reporting
• Prepare and handle specimens including CSF, bone marrow, and body fluids
• Process specimens per lab and reference lab requirements
• Troubleshoot track input/output and resolve errors
• Communicate track issues to maintenance and supervisors
• Manage inventory and maintain clean work area
• Report facility issues to appropriate departments
• Train other staff
• Perform other duties as assigned
