Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Analytical Sciences, Laboratory Automation, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years for Master’s; 2+ years for PhD in laboratory automation or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience translating scientific workflows into automated methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Translate scientific workflows into executable automated methods, worklists, and data context.
• Design and deploy integrated workcells with liquid handlers, plate handlers, washers, incubators, readers, and instrumentation.
• Define method transfer strategy from manual to automated execution, including deck layout and controls.
• Lead UAT design for nominal workflows, edge cases, data handoffs, recovery paths, and user acceptance.
