Job summary

You will ensure data provenance, robust methods, and smooth handoffs while collaborating with IT, data science, and laboratory operations. Responsibilities include defining deployment strategies for automated systems, leading validation, and supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Analytical Sciences, Laboratory Automation, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience and Skills: 6+ years with Bachelor’s, 4+ years with Master’s, or 2+ years with PhD in relevant automation fields.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex workflows into executable automated methods and run states.
• Lead design, integration, qualification, optimization of automation workcells.
• Own data provenance, workflow readiness, and user adoption across workflows.
