Qualifications

• Experience across cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong identity and access management familiarity (Okta, Entra ID).
• Proficient with Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with RMM/MDM tools and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Strong mentoring, leadership, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of client projects from planning through cutover and migrations.
• Build and follow project plans, runbooks, and cutover checklists; report status to leadership.
• Support SOW scoping and technical estimates for new work.
• Own L3 escalations from the service desk and drive resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across OS, apps, networks, identity, and email flow.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and develop SOPs, KBs, and automation.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and delivery through the Franklin, TN office.
• Document configurations to support security, compliance, and audit needs.
