Job summary

Inabia-Software- is seeking an experienced L2/L3 Network Technical Support Engineer to provide post-launch support for a broadband service provider's network. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues across access, IP, transport, and service layers, applying hands-on troubleshooting in a fast-paced production environment.

You'll collaborate with NOC, network engineering, operations, architecture, vendors, and other teams to isolate faults, perform root-cause analysis, document procedures,

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of Layer 2/3 networks in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, routing and IP connectivity.
• Experience with packet captures and network analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump).

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for production broadband network issues post-launch.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents: connectivity, latency, packet loss, routing, and service degradation.
• Analyze issues across access, aggregation, transport, and IP services to identify root causes.
