Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning & Development in a complex organization.
• Experience in public accounting or professional services preferred.
• 4+ years of people management leading high-performing teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time upon hire.
• Experience developing learning strategy and operations for technical content.
• Experience with adult learning principles and multiple modalities.
• Strong project management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of LMS, online course creation tools and webinar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implementation plans for firm-wide learning for the assigned client group.
• Grow relationships with leadership and stakeholders; identify learning needs.
• Design and evolve the firm-wide learning curriculum portfolio for the client group.
• Create annual plans and manage timelines, milestones and resources.
• Own the curriculum portfolio; lead teams for design, delivery and evaluation.
• Lead direct reports and learning team members to foster high performance.
• Oversee budgeting, resources, facilitator recruitment, delivery, evaluation and vendor management.
• Collaborate with Learning and People teams to ensure consistent approaches.
