Qualifications

• 2+ years in a KYC/Onboarding role within financial services.
• Familiarity with KYC constitutional documents and onboarding processes.
• Ability to interpret complex legal and entity structures under time pressure.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of requests with fast turnaround.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, clear and confident with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with quality focus even when fast.
• Collaborative with both senior and junior team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for new client onboarding and deliverables within tight timelines.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of onboarding across multiple clients per policies and standards.
• Review and interpret client legal, financial, and entity documentation for onboarding approvals.
• Lead client onboarding discussions with status updates and risk management.
• Identify gaps in onboarding workflows and collaborate to implement improvements.
• Build relationships with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology for seamless onboarding.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and QA for a Junior Analyst.
• Rapidly develop expertise in internal systems, tools, and requirements.
