Qualifications

• A combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience with 4 years in engineering/architecture and 3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for KYC and BSA/AML applications, data platforms, integrations, and services.
• Lead design, development and optimization of SSIS-based data integration solutions and databases.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions and communicate trade-offs on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers in modern development practices and service-oriented architecture.
• Establish code-review, testing, and deployment practices.
• Improve automated testing, code quality, and engineering documentation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and strengthen resiliency.
• Promote AI-assisted development responsibly across the SDLC.
