Qualifikationen

• Minimum 9 years of combined education and/or work experience, with at least 4 years in engineering/architecture and 3 years in leadership.
• Proficient in .NET / C# development.
• Experience with SSIS development and support.
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning.
• Experience with application and system integration.
• Familiarity with KYC/BSA/AML tech.

• Provide technical leadership for KYC and BSA/AML applications, data platforms, integrations, and services.
• Lead design, development, and optimization of .NET applications and microservices.
• Guide architecture decisions and code reviews for complex changes.
• Mentor engineers in modern development practices and SOA.
• Establish and enforce code-review, testing, and deployment practices.
• Promote AI-assisted development tools across the lifecycle.
