Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience in BSA/AML Domain.
• BSA/AML knowledge and regulatory familiarity.
• Experience with financial-crimes investigations and case management workflows.
• Experience with SAR-related processes and alert/case lifecycles.
• Familiarity with digital assets, blockchain, and wallets in financial crime contexts.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable technology specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior BSA/AML subject matter expert supporting financial-crimes technology and business initiatives.
• Independently lead complex analysis, identify impacts, contribute to solution design, support testing and implementation.
• Provide functional and SME coverage for BSA/AML processes, investigations, alerts, cases, and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into comprehensive requirements.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts of proposed changes.
• Guide requirements, design, development, testing, and post-production validation.
• Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria; support QA and UAT testing.
